What We Do
Crossley, Jernigan & Ellison, Inc. (“CJE”) is a professional full service commercial real estate company. The firm directs its efforts toward: General brokerage, investment counseling, leasing, management, and development. It is CJE’s intention to act on its own behalf and for the account of others, particularly institutional investors, family offices, and wealthy individuals, with whom they often partner.
The company has maintained a significant presence in the Metropolitan Atlanta commercial real estate market since 1988. The principal of CJE, T. Neal Jernigan, is a licensed Georgia real estate broker and has been involved in a plethora of properties including office, light industrial/R&D, business parks/flex, retail, multifamily, and land development in Atlanta and nationally on an acquisition, development, management, marketing, lending, and disposition basis.
Since the organization’s formation, the principal of CJE has been successfully involved in approximately 20 million square feet of commercial real estate projects encompassing over 2,500 acres.

About Neal Jernigan
T. Neal Jernigan, the principal of Crossley, Jernigan & Ellison, Inc., has developed over 4.0 million square feet of Class A office, R&D/flex, industrial, and retail space. While many of our projects represent award winning designs from various real estate industry groups, most importantly the projects developed by CJE have been or are economically successful for the partners and principal of CJE.
Strategic Partners
We have partnered in various types of real estate transactions with local, national, and foreign institutions, family offices and wealthy individuals. In addition we have had financing relationships with a multitude of banks and lenders and other capital sources.
